At Amira Naturals, we take great care in delivering high-quality herbal hair care products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Return Policy

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our herbal products (including shampoos, oils, and cleansers), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.


Return / Replacement Only in Case of Damage

We offer replacement or refund only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The product must be physically damaged, leaked, or broken at the time of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video or photos must be provided
  • The proof must be shared within 24 hours of delivery

⚠️ Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Proof Requirement (Mandatory)

Please ensure:

  • The video starts before opening the package
  • The damage is clearly visible
  • Product label and outer packaging are clearly shown

Send the proof along with your order ID to our support contact.


Refund / Replacement Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:
    • Replace the product, or
    • Initiate a refund (as applicable)
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept return/refund requests for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product ordered
  • Mild packaging dents without product damage
  • Used or partially used products
  • Delay in delivery (if product is intact)
